Stellar Arts Foundation is an educational and charitable non-profit organization based in Coupeville, on Washington State's beautiful Whidbey Island. Formed in 2000, the foundation is a manifestation of Coupeville’s robust arts community.
The Stellar Arts Foundation conducts and provides exceptional, educational Adventure Artist’s Tours. Our purpose is to develop and improve the participating artists’ capabilities and knowledge and to provide inspiration through experience.
We emphasize a unique adventure by providing quality art instruction, while exposing artists to the culture and natural beauty of the country visited, to continuously inspire the artist. This process celebrates and enhances the learning experience of the artists while providing support to children in these countries.

The foundation's planned activities this year are geared toward introducing children of two Orphanages in Bulgaria to life outside the walls of the Orphanage. We are working in close association with the Social Services Agency to expose the children to various business entities, educational institutions .and cultural activities. We have hired a Psychologist and a Social Worker to assist the children to achieve the skills necesery to assume life in the adult world after leaving the Orphanage .
